Specialist retailers and chefs are invited to visit Billingsgate ahead of IFE 2011 on Tuesday 15th March for a Market tour and inspirational masterclasses from industry experts.
Amongst other notable experts, CJ Jackson, trained chef and director of the Seafood School at Billingsgate, will give tips on the best in sustainable fish as well as how to make your fish sales and counters more profitable. The masterclasses and tour will be suitable for both current sellers of fish and also those thinking about it!
The day will begin at 7am with a guided tour around the market trading floor, learn about its rich history and be amazed by the range of fish available. Gossip with fellow retailers over a Market breakfast and learn from our experts in their inspirational talks. Visitors can then be at IFE within 10 minutes of leaving the market.
Ticket numbers are limited so will be offered on a first come, first served basis. The ticket cost of £25 plus VAT includes a delicious market breakfast, real information to help you grow your business, and the opportunity to network with fellow retailers and industry experts.
