Terra Rossa founder makes TV bow with Grigson

The founder of Arabian food specialist Terra Rossa has teamed up with celebrity chef Sophie Grigson for a new TV show about Jordanian food and culture.
Hanan Samara will co-present The Travel Channel’s Sophie Grigson in Jordan series, which will run in eight half-hour episodes from the end of August.
The show sees the pair travel the length and breadth of the Middle Eastern country, taking in historical landmarks and local cuisine such as Baba Ghanoush and Falafel.
The first episode will be aired in the UK on The Travel Channel (Sky 251) on Tuesday August 28 at 7.30pm.
