Hider to carry Essential Cuisine stocks

Stock and gravy specialist Essential Cuisine has secured distribution for its six-strong range with Hider Foods.
The firm, which has supplied the foodservice trade for more than 15 years, branched out into retail with a range of concentrated stocks at the end of last year.
The brand’s head of retail Jeremy Palmer told FFD: “This is great news, helping us introduce our products to even more farm shops, food halls, delis and butchers.”
The stock comes in beef, chicken, veal, fish, vegetable and lamb flavours. Each 96g pot (RRP £3.95) makes 6-8 litres of stock in total.
